Real honey doesn't need swearing. It needs testing.

Every batch is lab-tested before it reaches our shelf: moisture, sugars and HMF. The batch number on the jar leads to its certificate.

Questions we hear a lot

How do I know the honey is real?

Home tests (water, lighter, vinegar) aren't scientifically reliable. Only a lab test of moisture, sugars and HMF can tell, so every batch comes with a certificate and every jar carries a number that leads to it.

My honey crystallized. Is it fake?

No. Crystallization is natural and depends on glucose content and temperature; speed varies by honey. To liquefy it, place the jar in warm water under 40 °C and stir. Avoid the microwave and boiling.

Why is Jordanian sidr light in color?

Sidr is light amber when harvested and darkens over time. A black color is not a sign of quality.

What's the difference between sidr, samar and talh?

Sidr is amber, thick, aromatic and less sweet. Samar is dark reddish with a strong, slightly sharp taste. Talh is light gold, mildly sweet with a soft scent.
