About this honey
Herb honey whose scent arrives before the spoon. A natural partner to oil and za'atar on the Jordanian table. Medium amber, strongly aromatic with a warm herbal edge, thick body.
How to use and store it
Keep the jar sealed at room temperature, out of the sun, and use a dry spoon. If it crystallizes, stand it in warm water under 40 °C.
Never give honey to babies under 12 months. For diabetics: ask your doctor first.
