About this honey
A bold honey for those who don't want extra sweetness. Traditionally stirred into winter drinks. Dark amber leaning brown, mild sweetness with a gentle bitter finish, heavy body.
How to use and store it
Keep the jar sealed at room temperature, out of the sun, and use a dry spoon. If it crystallizes, stand it in warm water under 40 °C.
Never give honey to babies under 12 months. For diabetics: ask your doctor first.
