About this honey
Honey of the rough land, from thistles only bees pay attention to. Low sweetness, earthy character. Deep gold, less sweet than usual with an herbal breath, medium body, slow to crystallize.
How to use and store it
Keep the jar sealed at room temperature, out of the sun, and use a dry spoon. If it crystallizes, stand it in warm water under 40 °C.
Never give honey to babies under 12 months. For diabetics: ask your doctor first.
