Shipping & Returns

Delivery is 2 JOD in Amman and 3 to 4 JOD to other governorates, free for orders over 35 JOD.

We deliver within 1 to 3 working days and call you to confirm before shipping.

Pay cash on delivery, or by CliQ transfer and upload the receipt with your order.

If a jar arrives broken or different from your order, we replace it at our cost. If you don't like the taste, tell us within 7 days of delivery with less than a quarter of the jar used.

Royal jelly ships chilled and can't be returned once opened.
