Crystallizing is natural, not a sign of fake honey
About this honey
The first harvest of the year, from orange and lemon blossom when the valley smells of flowers. Our everyday breakfast and tea honey. Light gold and clear, fresh and sweet with a citrus lift, light body. It crystallizes finely within weeks, which is natural.
How to use and store it
Keep the jar sealed at room temperature, out of the sun, and use a dry spoon. If it crystallizes, stand it in warm water under 40 °C.
Never give honey to babies under 12 months. For diabetics: ask your doctor first.
