About this honey
One of Jordan's rarest honeys, produced only in a few forest pockets in small amounts. Pale gold, opens sharp then turns to a lingering lemony note, thick and sticky.
How to use and store it
Keep the jar sealed at room temperature, out of the sun, and use a dry spoon. If it crystallizes, stand it in warm water under 40 °C.
Never give honey to babies under 12 months. For diabetics: ask your doctor first.
