About this honey
Honey of the Jordanian desert, from a tree that blooms when everything around it is dry. Light gold, moderately sweet with a soft scent, heavy body.
How to use and store it
Keep the jar sealed at room temperature, out of the sun, and use a dry spoon. If it crystallizes, stand it in warm water under 40 °C.
Never give honey to babies under 12 months. For diabetics: ask your doctor first.
