About this honey
The only harvest in the cold of winter, and a small one, since the bees need most of it. This season is sold out; you can reserve from the next one. Dark, caramel and carob notes, thick body.
How to use and store it
Keep the jar sealed at room temperature, out of the sun, and use a dry spoon. If it crystallizes, stand it in warm water under 40 °C.
Never give honey to babies under 12 months. For diabetics: ask your doctor first.
